When Swami International opened its doors in 1978, the vision was simple but bold: manage rental properties the way a good neighbor would — with care, responsiveness, and genuine respect for the people living in them.


Nearly five decades later, that vision is still the foundation of everything we do. From our headquarters at 2030 W. Rosecrans Ave in Gardena, California, we manage over 220 properties and 2,200+ units across the state — each one maintained with the same hands-on attention our founder believed in from day one.
